“As we saw in the recent ODI World Cup, there are many countries that are starting to rise so we need to be on top of our game. It will be more important than some times next season.”

India Vs England In Icc Women’s World Cup: This Might Be A Tricky One For India
Let’s take a look at the 11 players who have the highest ranking in women’s cricket 50 in 2022.
The record is the best opener for many ICC Women’s Cricket World Cups, but the knockout stage of the event is where the right-hander shines.
Healy smashed an impressive 129 in the semi-final against the West Indies and had an even better knock of 170 in the final against England which helped Australia win another major trophy.
Unsurprisingly Healy ended up the game’s top scorer, with her 509 runs the most in a Women’s 50 World Cup.

The left-hander added more impetus to his game in 2022 and it showed as he helped himself to a century and six half-centuries for the calendar year. .
The highlight for Mandhana was a stunning 123 against the West Indies at the World Cup in New Zealand, but it was perhaps later in the year in England that the 26-year-old flourished.
Mandhana scored a superb 91 against England at Hove in September and then followed up with innings of 40 and 50 to end the year in style.
The South African batsmen started the year in impressive form on home soil, carried that form throughout the World Cup and then flourished in England later in the year in what has been a remarkable 12 months for the 23-year-old.
Icc Women’s World Cup: Middle Order Collapse Costs England Game Despite Sciver’s Heroics
Wolvaardt scored an impressive 117 against the West Indies in Johannesburg in February and repeated the feat for New Zealand when he hit a half-century on the 50-over World Cup tour.
If those runs weren’t enough to satisfy the naysayers, Wolvaardt scored an impressive 89 against Ireland in Dublin midway through the year and another two half-centuries against England away from home the following month.
If it wasn’t for Alyssa Healy’s heroics, then Sciver’s efforts with the bat at the World Cup would still be widely praised as the right-hander produced a tour to remember.
Sciver amassed 436 runs for the tournament while hitting two centuries and his unbeaten 148 in the final against Australia almost led his side over the line for an impressive victory.

In total, Sciver had 833 ODI matches for the calendar year and the 30-year-old also took 12 wickets in his Tests more than enough to prove his importance in the England set- up.
If you look at the bottom of the dictionary it’s no surprise to see Beth Mooney’s name listed as the Australian continues to do the job at international level with little fuss.
Mooney was the best team to ever play at the top of the game and allowed most of his teams to win multiple titles. But a closer look at the numbers shows just how important the 29-year-old has been to Australia’s success.
Mooney played just 10 ODI innings in 2022, but the fact that he hit 403 runs and was the only dismissal means that the left-armer is more than 100. Throw in a rate of 96.41 from those knock 10 and you can see why Mooney is the best player in the women’s game.

Kaur hit two centuries and five half-centuries in the calendar year, and her unbeaten 143 against England in September was her best. The 33-year-old also chipped in five crucial wickets with his more than decent spin.
When you have the luxury of playing Amelia Kerr at No.7 in a team like this you need to stack your top order as the New Zealand youngster comes into the year. exponents of both crafts.
Kerr started 2022 in impressive fashion as he helped himself to a brilliant century at home against India and followed it up with three consecutive half-centuries against the same opposition in the world.
Smriti Mandhana Named Icc Women’s Cricketer Of The Year
Although the 22-year-old failed to match his efforts during the World Cup at home, he ended the year with 676 ODI runs and 17 important wickets to prove that he is one of the best players in women’s cricket.
He topped England’s tour as the No.1 ODI bowler and based on his efforts in 2022 and the Cricket World Cup it is not surprising how.
