Fast forward today, we have 200+ players supported by a team of hard working parents who work daily to identify and manage all current and new features. Sharing and giving back to the community is an important part of the academy’s mission. Our philanthropy includes athletes and their families who are involved in volunteer activities in the St. Louis metro and beyond.

When talking about the character, we decided to give the players a chance to show a servant leader by teaching and giving them different tasks. They control their behavior and put others first.

This is furthered by the pillars of our society. By teaching our athletes about community, we want them to go beyond the cricket community and get involved in the urban community. To do this and gain more character, ACA is involved in community service. Our ACA family does at least one service every month. We are proud that not only our players, but also their families are involved in every activity, all experiences and learning help our family to connect with different communities.

Another way we look at the community is to reach into our community. We strongly believe that the ACA is not built on the foundation of one or two people, but on the strong foundation of all families involved in education. We expect all of our families to participate in the day-to-day operations of the school. We understand that not all parents are comfortable in administrative roles, but they have many other gifts. To our surprise, we don’t have a hard time asking families to join them and they work together to make everyone feel better.
